今天时间过的有点快~ 忙？~
:) 真的希望可以多一个同事可以真正分担到我的工作~ 
:O 我是一个人做工吗?不是的~只是这一年来公司的人手跳动到这里没有固定的人手帮我而已
:/ 就变的我不知道怎么去安排工作~就是因为酱每件事我自己都会去做~

有一些男人....真是疯狂~可以为了要认识女子才add我的面子书~感觉上好假..不是..是很假!!也可以说什么因为要认识女子才进来买东西~（不要办到酱伟大死要脸....这里少做你们的生意都不会关门!!!) :P 你们慢慢等!!!

人与水　　

 冥冥苍穹，茫茫大地，曾几何时，地球上有了水，于是便开始有了生命，有了人这种生灵，靠了它，生命才得以连续，人类才得以繁衍生息；现代科学证明，人的体重的60%多是水，血液的90%也是水，每人每天至少要有2000毫升的水才能维持生命，人断水7-10天，就将出现死亡，失水15-20%就产生脱水症状，人，自从诞生那天起，便与它结了不解之缘。水在人体内所起的作用可归纳为如下几点：


    水能溶解各种各样的电解质，被溶解了的电解质以离子态离解，使生命中的生物化学反应得以正常进行。


    水是一部分有机物质的溶剂，对人体内的生物反应十分有利。

        水的表面能力大，存在于人体各个组织、器官、肌肉毛细管与组织液中以及细胞与细胞之间的微小间隙之内向全身供给营养物质向血液提供溶解氧，排泄物又借助于水才能运输，作为尿和汗液等排出体外，如果没有水，排泄物将在人体内积累，以致产生中毒现象。


       人体除由传导、幅射将热量散发外，还通过发汗等产生的气化热，把体内多余的热散出去，以防体温上升。

    说明：体内水，就是进入体内的食物由于加氧反应，在发生热的同时产生的，成年人：男子体重每一公斤，每天大约需要补充30毫升水，女子体重每1公斤，每天大约需要补充25毫升水，这里都是指每天所必须补充的......................................................................所以说水是很重要的!!!...但我就是很少喝水 :P hehehehee~~
